Both defective and non-defective merchandise may be returned, and we also accept exchange requests while replacement stock remains available. Contact us no later than 30 days after delivery. Every eligible item must be new, unused, unchanged from its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

A non-defective return can be requested after a change of mind, because of personal preference, or when the wrong product was selected. We also address items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or materially different from their description. Include the order number, checkout email, and an explanation. For damage, defects, wrong items, or missing pieces, include photographs or video showing the product and packaging.

Approved merchandise is returned by mail. The package includes a complimentary return label, and we charge no restocking fee. Please do not send anything back without authorization. Exchanges depend on available inventory. After approval, we issue the refund to the original payment method and process it within 10 days.
